A 2023 graduate of Berklee College of Music, she won the 24th New England Songwriting Contest's Jazz/Blues category with her original song
I See You, which blends South American rhythms with tender contemporary jazz ballad textures.
Across her work, Luiza moves seamlessly between the punch of progressive rock, the freedom of improvisation, and the soulful intimacy of Brazilian music, crafting a sound that is as daring as it is heartfelt.
Now part of Za Music’s roster under the leadership of singer and entrepeneur Zabelê Gomes, with distribution by Musikorama Music and New Music Brasil, she is set to release her debut album in 2025.
